"elastic rope" sounds just right for a stuck Landie ...

I'll explain the pricing a bit more, as clearly people think it is to high:

The yellow tow rope is DB1011 = £40.23
Tow strop is DB1006 = £42.85
Snatch block db1002 = £20.25
Wheel chocks DB1000 = 29.70

All of the above are brand new an unused, comes to a total of £133.03. Prices are from BritCar UK and PRE-VAT. I then added £10(ish) for delivery = £140.

If you bought just the above items from BritCar it would cost you £167.98 (due to VAT + delivery), already a saving of nearly £30.

But it then also includes:

Tree strop DB1007 = £36.45 new
Heavyduty winch bag DB1001 = 35.97 new

3 x shackles (1 still in packet)
3 more strops

I'm not going to give them away, if it doesn't sell at this money I will keep them as it will cost far more to replace it all if I ever want to.

looks like you will be keeping them, enjoy

Well after you have kindly valued it for us, let me tell you a few things about your beloved bag of bits:

you were had
you were had
you were had
you were had
you were had
you were had
you were had
you were had
you were had

the shackles look decidedly dodgy, the strops were well over priced, but then i guess you bought them as off road strops which immediately doubles if not triples the real price, the wheel cocks sorry chocks well imo a waste of time at 30 quid
ok the snatch block i can see a use for but it does look quite small and i cant see a grease nipple.
and finally that lastic band rope just looks ****e to me, i have a 38-42 mm kinetic and it has seen some use that thing of yours just looks too stretchy and then not strong enough all in the same breath(quite a skill)

so all in all, bad choice of kit and a massive case of over pricing what you have, maybe try and flog it on a sliity site that stuff looks like it might just pull a sammy or a jimny out but thats about it.

For recovering stricken vehicles you need to know the swl of the equipment used. Without knowing the rated load I wouldn't use it.

Good point, I know the SWL of all the items apart from the used orange strop, should of included these but don't think it will make much difference on here now.

The Yellow thing is a towrope So no use at all for recovery.

I'm not sure what a Snatch strap is??? but non of the strops in that photo are suitable for snatch recoveries??

As said the roller guide AKA snatch block. is prob the best thing there.

end of the day you're selling 2nd hand goods so there's 50% of the price gone straight away and £40 for a bag to keep it all in  WHY FFS!!! a old tool box or plastic box with clip on lid is soooo much easier to use when ya need a rope/strop in an hurry.
