Best bet is check Rave/haynes wiring diagram that should tell you what the circuit is for.

If it is either the main EFI relay or fuel pump relay it will be one of those expensive Bosch ones with an in line capacitor to protect the sensitive circuit from voltage spikes. The relay is quite easy to spot, silver (metal) case not a a plastic one.

Just for testing purposes you could try a standard 30A relay and see what happens but it could also be the case that you are looking at a spare relay holder that is part of the standard loom and your car isn't fitted with whatever piece of kit it is supposed to supply.

It looks like a main feed relay, such as the start interlock etc., but there are so many relays in the circuits section of the manual that it just isn't practical to go through and check every one for a match.

Where would that have been in the vehicle? that might help.

Could you also check the colours again and number of wires? Four terminals shown, three wire colours given.

Check you have a spark from the king lead - if yes then check rotor arm/dizzy cap. If no you have a faulty coil or faulty ignition amplifier or the inductive pick up in the dizzy isn't working to trigger the coil.
