The electrics are simple enough the problem is the switches do a search for them. See if you can get a pair and the mounting plates for them,and still have much change for £200 I think you'll struggle.

My mate fitted a set to his 98 300tdi and we used a live supply from a jump start pack to move the seat into position. However once done it Has had to remain that way ever since.

The seats have a motor for each function. up/down forwards/backwards tilt/recline. but the switch reverses the polarity to reverse movement. This makes it extremely difficult to run the motors from a switch as you would need a double pole double throw switch for each motor so 6 in total. and you'll need to be good with elctrics to figure all the wiring out.
 
was thinking i could maybe get my mate who is a fabby to make me a mounting plate and bolt straight to the floor as i have no need for the seat to move forwards and backwards as i have dog guard and boarding directly behind drivers seat. cheers for the info though pikey :D
