Will I knacker my cv joints

Thinking of swapping my 265 tyres for 235 or 7.50 as I would like better turning circle.

My lock stops are wound right in but with skinnier tyres I could go further , was thinking of getting rid of the old lock stops if i get skinnier tyres and swapping for regular bolts without the shouler like you have on the land rover lock stops.

Thing is if I do this will I put more strain on the axle and risk breaking stuff.

Want a better turning circle for RTV trials.

Better get saving for a nice shiny new set of tyres.

Hi i do rtv and use 235/85/16 with off set rims and you get a better turning circle and no rub on radius arms on full lock.

Hi 8 spoke steels with 100 mm offset
