Got my new(used) heater blowers Yesterday , managed to put them in, and they´re spinning fine , BUT ,there´s no air ,and of course, no heat coming out in the cabin , Yes there´s the bible showing , but the fuses are al right , is it possible that all blender motors has shut down , or is it possible that I´ve pulled a plug under the dash ???
Should´nt there be air blowing somewhere at least ??????

That would be down to distribution flaps and did you check the recirculation motors on the blowers are working.

nope , just put them straight in , bought them from cn4x4s , what´s the recirculation motor?
How do I check them? is t likely that both are faulty ?
distrubution flaps,how do I reach them ?

The Recirc Flaps are built into the fan motors and either take fresh air from outside or air from in the cabin.

The Distribution flap and motor is under the dashboard on the side of the heater box.

Access can be gained by removing the lower dash fascia, the side of the centre console under the dash, remove a few bits of ducting and the instrument binnacle....some have had success with just the instrument binnacle.

Search Blend motor replacement on here and you'll find lots of information.

oftentimes the Distribution flap gets stuck and a well placed self taping screw can free things up - search for this too....

After Reading a few threads , Most People gets at least Cold air out of the vents , l get Nädå , nothing ingenting , zero , not even Cold air , l've tired all buttons , aircon on and of , still nothing , is it due to faulty/stuck blenders anyway ??

Think you can safely say that. Get yourself some diagnostics that way you don't need to guess.

There are 3 blend motors (well 2 blend and 1 distribution - but they are identical)

Heat differences are due to the temp blend motors....your issue is more than likely the distribution blend motor (this one directs the air flow to various locations - if it doesn't work you wont get any air out!)

I don't need a disgnostic tool (will by myself one for x-mas) this forum is m
uch better :)
Makes sense about distribution Blend, wammers , my p38 is a lhd , is that motor on drivers or passenger side ?

I bought a "mint" wood/leather steering wheel off this guy - it was far from mint and he ignored all messages when I tried to contact him - best of luck if you have to return them.......

Actually , the blowers and jack kit was alright , and compared to what breakers Would riv me for in Sweden , it was a bargain , got 2blowers one complete jack kit ,shipped to sweden , cheaper than one blower here .
Haven't had any issuses with cn4x4s , sent the stuff Quick , and answered my e-mails rather Quick .

Hey...no...what??....wait....

Oh who am I kidding - yer not wrong.

(ps: waited for my prize, you never showed up...I had a new tube o'lube too.....heartbreaker :D:D:D:D)

Pay attention. I said tight git, not tight arse. As i have said before i don't do homosexual, something i could never do. Being turned down by men as well as women would too hard to take. :p:D:D

You are right there should be some air coming out of somewhere so long as the fans are turning. Distribution blend only directs the air but can't block it off. Temp blend can block either hot or cold but not both. Recirc blend decided where the intake air is coming from, within the cabin or from outside.

Take the motors out, run 12V to them directly and see if they turn. Make a video when you do this as you may have to take it up with the supplier.

I think the Distro flap closes fully on switch off and blocks airflow....could be wrong, but I am sure I have read that somewhere!
