1) we was weldin 3/16 plate
2) penetration could have bin betterer
3) we was weldin on bricks.

I dont think it helped when Grippa and I arrived together and Grippa started apologising for our lateness and was takin the P in his inimitable (and well known style) - it was like a couple of luvvies had turned up - then when he said my steady hand (know wot i mean) was due to years of self abuse!!!!! - we DID GET SOME DISTINCTLY FUNNY LOOKS!!!!
