why would this be tax free

I have previosly owned ex police Discovery,and was still liable for tax as was the previous owner (constabulary)
 
if its tax free for disabled or any other purpose it means at trip to your local dvla office:eek: an its a complete pain in the arse when ya get there

my disco was disabled class tax exempt an i couldn;t tax it at the local post office an had to go to nottingham to tax it, i was told it would be 4-6 weeks to tax it by post:eek: :mad:


only good thing was they don't charge anything to change the tax band:D

Me bus was a disabled tax class anaw. All ah did was go down tae Carlisle, fill in some papers, hand over me money and got a new plg tax disc there and then;) :D

Ha Ha! you were lucky mate;) when i had to go to notts it was a case of take a ticket a bit like you used to do at the supermarket an wait for your number to be called, then get the paperwork to fill in an take another fookin ticket an wait again, then after neally 2 fookin bastid hours:mad: FINALLY! walked out with a nice new tax disc an no paperwork, which came back with the WRONG info on it so then had to take the paperwerk back an wait another three weeks to get my logbook:eek:


but its all sorted now an i just tax both cars online:D piece of piiss:D
