why are'nt the police using bait landrovers

i was talking to a few mates today and we were all wondering why the police have'nt used bait vhiecles to catch the defender thieves,surely once they'ed caught a few landy thieves and word got round it would make the scumbags more wary and think twice
derbyshires been hit really hard by the defender thieves(my old 90 been one of the statistics) and every landy owner round here is sick of haveing to nail are defenders down,we all have either had one nicked or know someone who's had one nicked,is it about time we all got our heads together and set these b*****ds up somehow

we should all chip in a a tenner or something and buy a cheap cheap 90, set something up inside it to catch them lol. just a thought but if were all up for losing a tenner but catchin a landy theif?
