Not quite - just a wee query for the collective.
I've been thinking of getting a 110 as there appears to be a 110 size gap on the driveway and while Searching on the bay of e I came upon user name stationwagons4u (seems to be based in the Newcastle/Durham area from what I can work out) who is offering camel trophy/G4 style rebuild of 110's - does anyone know anything about this business as I'm tempted :D and I like to do my research beforehand.
I did search the forums but haven't come up with anything so any info welcome as his prices seem ok.

Umm I've seen these adverts too. The trucks are too cheap in my option to be 'coach built' in my opinion. Convert your own and enjoy the process

I repaired a 110 he has restored with filler in the chassis:mad

few years ago I spent what I call 3 months of spare time under my disco.
my motto has always been, if in doubt - cut it out.
chassis was just fine, still is, but sills.box sections and stuff had been repaired with the usual suspects including white silicon...

when I finished, I felt good, as I achieved something I`d never done on a disco before.
each year since, a jet washing to an inch of its life,
allow thorough drying time, then waxoil the box sections & chassis, then coat the rest in shutz.......

my motto for buyers of landies of unknown sources?

If it looks ****e in places, take a magnet......;)
