Hi everyone, im Richard. im a landrover virgin and have just brought my very first landy. its a discovery 1, 300tdi and only has a low milage of 170,000 so you can imagen the oil leaks on my driveway haha quite looking forward to doing a few mods to it for off road use so you'll see me about

It's pretty capable off-road as standard so I wouldn't go mad until you've got to know it a little

got myself a hanes manual just did oil breather, vacum pump, attacking my sills this weekend gone and got myself a side exit exhaust too thats it for now though, want to get it in good working condition before modifications are done

Download the RAVE manual for it a lot better than Haynes. Should be link somewhere in the Disco section i would think. Good luck with it.
