which UJ???

ok, having decided my front UJs may need attention (rears done just before I bought it) I looked to see what to get.

so, which cuffing ones to get, Paddocks alone have 5 or 6, standard, Hardy Spicer (OEM apparently) GKN, or HD, cheapes are £5, the OEMs 7.50, HDs £8.30 GKNs £15

Im tempted to go for the OEMs, but welcome advice. If my clunk gets worse, Ill be popping the front shaft of and running 2wd for a few days...

There are two sizes 75mm and 82mm. Check which you need.

Hardy Spicer are owned by GKN. I think the HD should have stronger, longer needles.I'd ignore all the cheap makes and ones without nipples.

I went and bought the gkns with nips as I don't really do any that needs HD, and the old ones seem to have been on for years (look it by the state of them). Was £10 + couple quid delivery from ebay.

Where did you find the HD's for 8.30? If you can get a brand, gkn/hardy HD for that then it sounds good! I only found them for £20

damn, would front/rear be the same size (its a 110) I already have 1, so if so, and use that for measurement, if not presumably it has to come out to measure it.

measure yoke ,it will be obvious which would fit
