Hi All,is there any knowledgable Land Rover owners that can advise me,i own a 1990 on a G 90 series that had the old TD engine in it,a friend of mine (who`s sadly no longer with us) fitted a Disco`s 200TDI engine into my 90,however i now need a new radiator but don`t know which rad is in my 90,is the old TD rad still in or did he fit the Disco`s radiator into mine???
So my question is How do i tell which Radiator my 90 has in it???
Thanks Lee.

If it's original metal one, get it recored because I believe most replacements are plastic?

And if you cannot get it recored hunt around for a replacement which is also fully metal. As stated most have plastic end tanks which are not as good as the originals.

If you get a new rad don't be surprised if the oil cooler fittings are slightly different - there are two types of course. You should be able to reuse the old fittings (they screw into the rad) in the new radiator. Another reason to get the old one recored if you can find somewhere local to do it.
