Guys I have a problem and can not make my mind up.
I have been given a Disco TD5 on a T plate it's has a few problems and they are
Three Amigo's.
Back right hand suspension sinks over night.
Fuel pump dead.

My problem is have spent the last 9 years getting my Freelander howitzer should be ie working lol.
Do I fork out the cash for the Disco and keep it along with my Freelander, or sell one them?
I could flog the Disco for spare's etc but that would be a shame it gleaming apart from the above faults and seems a dirty trick on the lad who gave it to me.

I have never owned a Disco and don't have a clue about them.
Any ideas chaps?

If the boot floors ok cut it out and flog it one of these lot, then chuck the rest in a skip.

It'll be cheaper in the long run:p:D:D:cool::5bsmilielol5::5bsmilielol5:

Use the informatiton on here to fix the disco, then decide which to keep.

I'd keep the Freelander, but I'm not allowed off road and diesel is horribly expensive :(

Lol I can not cut hair to save my life.
Trouble is is can not do DIY repairs any more thank's to a chap in Iraq a few years ago and to top it I was diagnosed with MS a couple of years ago so I am stuck with using a garage I can do little bits but it takes it out of me.
My freelander has been a pain but is now gleaming and has cost a fair bite to get it how it should be. Money is tight at the moment the wife has just been laid off.
Having never had a disco do you think it will cost a lot to fix the problems?

fuel pump wont be cheap

search on ere for 3 amigos

could be anything from £500 to £1000 to fix depends where u take it and what probs are

i would take it to r and e landrover in salisbury get them to diagnose it and give u a quote to fix it then u can make yr mind up
