Which one of these is the correct part number

This is for the trunnion for the heater cable to heater box control on a 200tdi defender 90.

Parts manual lists both but not sure if they are the same or which one is needed.

RTC5978
or
566902

They look like the same thing.
566902 is the cheaper version of rtc5978.

That's what I thought but weird they are both on the same diagram in the parts manual

What's the matter with the old ones?
I cleaned mine up and retapped them to take stainless steel bolts, did the same to the windscreen wiper adapters too.
12yrs ago and all still good.
