Series 3 Which Dampers?

I'm going to be going for some parabolics, these in fact:

I'm undecided on wether to go for the Procomp ES3000 or ES9000, has anybody had any dealings with either? I'm obviously looking for comfortable on road performance while keeping control on the off road stuff.

I put the ES300 (extra long) dampers on mine mixed with GB Springs parabolics on my 88" S3 Diesel and they match very well.... predominantly road use but with a bit of RTV trialling and seem to compliment each other giving good ride and handling handling with reasonable articulation (I do keep the spare wheel in the back though, rather than on the bonnet to balance the weight out a bit and it just preloads the spings a little avoiding too much bounce going over speed bumps and the like)

Given how much the Heystee parabolics are though I'm sure that their technical department would offer some advice on what dampers best match their springs?

Many thanks for that, I have heard mixed reviews on the 3000s but I think that was matched with springs rather than leaves.

I thought they used to sell a complete package with shocks. I can't see that now, although they do list this about shocks:
