Where to put them???

Hi everyone, I have just changed fron a 1985 military 110 to a 2004 90 XS, and I'm trying to work out where to put all my kit when I'm at a play and play or more importantly green lanning.

The two items I'm having most problems with are my 4 foot waffle bordes and my 4 foot high lift jack, both of which were secured to the bulkhead behind the seats in the 110 but a) I now have some nice half leather seats in the back and b) I dont have a bulkhead behind the seats

I have just got a mount for the jack that fit's to the back door but even if I only fit it when offroading there is still a lot of weight for the hinges to carry,I dont really want to start bolting bits to the outside of my nice shiny landy

Anybody have any good idears?

For the hi lift jack:

The only place I can think of is the roof rack... if you have one
I'm not sure whether "back door" means to the spare tire or directly to the door itself...
I've seen a few bolted to the front bumper (never seen this on a defender, but one would assume that it is possible)
Or how about just wedged behind the front seats with something (not sure if this is possible in new ones)

Waffle boards inside attatched to the roof.

mine are on the rear

buy a nice swingaway with hi lift attachment.

I converted an equipe 4x4 hi lift holder to take my waffles so that now sits on my spare wheel also.
