Hi all!

Having just got my new air suspension system working, I have to change the air compressor filter which lives behind the rear light cluster.

It seems LR can't provide a new filter as they have been on back order for months :-(

Any clues as to where I might get one?

Thanks,

David

Hi David, I've tried to get one these as well but with no luck.

The only thing I can suggest is take the top of the filter unit and ensure it is really dry in there. Some members have had problems with moisture collecting in there and then being transmitted to the compressor, with disasterous results.

Hi There. All commercial trucks these days run on air and have the exact same issues and as a result they have filters on their systems, some fit some don't. However on the hand brake system they have a silencer which would you believe is a air filter in reverse. When you hear the trucks appling the hand brake you hear aloud peeshing noise, well if it was not for these silencers it would be twice as nosy and these can be adaptored to fit quite easily.
