Ok this might sound like an easy question but I am having problems. I have just installed a 400w amp into my facelift Disco and I am having trouble finding a descent earth in the boot area! I have currently connected it to the rear seat belt bolt which fastens to the wheel arch but this earth is no good.

Anyone got any idea where their might be a better earth?

The rear Earth Studs are behind the rear side trim -

If u have(as i do) a connector(like the one for the lighter) in the boot this one's got a good earth.

It goes back to the L/H Rear Earth Header, bolted to C0809, shown in my post above.

Although it's CSA is 2.5mm2, I wouldn't use the Accessory Socket's earth wire for any additional load to earth - run a new earth wire direct to the Earth Header's mounting bolt..

Thank you everyone for your help.

I have found a perfect earth point under the back seats!!!
