Hi guys sorry for another wheel/tyre thread I know you love them.

I'm after a set of discovery 2 16x8 et 25 modular steels. Wheres the cheapest place? Found many without the offset for a good price but not with!

Also while I'm on, any recommendations on mild at tyres, they will be used mainly on road especially towing the caravan with the family in so doesn't want to be too noisy but it will also be used for a few farm tracks and fields throughout the year

They will be in 265 70 16 or 265 75 16

Thanks

paddocks are usually a very good price, but some tyre suppliers might to a better deal with tyres
Update : PS I'm not sure if there are any different offsets for D2 modulars. Most suppliers don't understand if the they have 25mm increased offset (above the standard D2 57mm) or 25mm actual offset (ET)

Paddocks modulars cheapest as they come with nuts.
I just bought 4 and they were cheapest i could find. Quality is fine.
Tyre wise the Gripmax AT is what i went for. Yes yes i know they are cheap nonsense from China etc... but they are fine. Very cheap, decent tyres with a rip off Grabber AT3/bfg AT tread. Siped so ok in snow etc... not noisy. I expect them to wear quickly but i only do low miles. I paid £63 a tyre. Go 245/70 16 good compromise

Thanks, I had thought about the gearing with big wheels but didnt realise to the extent and I had a rethink. I already have 255 65 16 road tyres on so I will make the lesser jump to 255 70 16 ATs due to what's been said
