when did the FL1 get the facelift

Looking at an FL1 that is face lift but it is 2003. that doesn't seem correct...

can anyone advise

And it not just the bumper, inside is face lift as well.

The FL1 received facelift at the end of 2003, so first appeared on a 53 plate. There were some "press" cars on a 03 plate, but not many.

The bumpers and lights were different as are the door cards and dashboard. The seats got a redesign too.

Best way to check it’s a factory facelift is the VIN

It’ll end 4Axxxxxx up to 6Axxxxxx if it’s a factory facelift
