When can I post in For sale/Wanted ?

As title says really, I've looked at the sticky rules in wanted and LZ terms of service, but can't find a bit that says I need to have Xposts or a member for X years. As I want to put my 110 CSW up for sale or swap for 90 CSW, when I'm back of my summer hols in a couple of weeks.
Oh and what's bumping mean? As in no more than 1 bump in 24 hrs:scratching_chin:

I thought it was 50... must be 100 cos you've done 72... or it might be 75... I dunno to be honest


but a bump is when someone says "bump" or "back to the top" or something along those lines to bring they're thread to the top of the page again...
