Wheel Turning In Neutral!

Hello All,
I was just wondering if you could tell me if the following is ok?

Got the 90 jacked up and all wheels off the ground.

When I fire her up and in neutral one wheel turns slowly. If I put my hand on it it stops turning with practically no effort.
Is this normal or does my clutch need some kind of adjustment?
Incidentally if I put it in gear all wheels turn with a bit more vigor!
Would be very interested in what you think.

IMO it’s fine that’s just all the little bits of friction working through the drive train.
Sure somebody will explain it better
