had a amber light come on it the right hand corner of the dash where the clocks are its a kind of Y shape it came on briefly i lost power then it was ok again wondering what it is as i could not find it in the handbook on rave

It's not an injector warning lamp as such. It is the EDC warning lamp. There may be a few reasons it has flicked on. All to do with the engine control system. Best bet is stick on diag and read the fault that caused it, maybe a glitch. Maybe an omen of something about to fail.
 
well it did it again lost all power when the light came on pumped the pedal a few times and it came back within a few seconds and had all the power in the world which makes me think ive either got a fuel blockage or the pump is playing up as it seems to cut out like its starved of fuel , ordered diagnostic and should be here by thursday so will look for fault codes then :)
