I've been for a look but it was too dark to take a pic to show you. Would it be the 2 spade type connector that's in conduit that goes under the air box then round bay and over bellhousing to the servo area (possibly into the clocks)

Might get power probe out tomorrow

Cheers

System works such with air con fans such as .....
1) air con will turn fan(s) on.
2) water level low will turn fans on.
3) overheat will turn fans and warning light on.
4) manual overide in cab will turn fans on.

Now I like that!

It looks like you don't use your aircon so good use of fans, but I still use mine, suppose that doesn't matter tho. Should I be looking for a green and black wire and the round plug in mine as well ('98my Brit spec) that conduit running round the side looks like wot a saw in mine last nite

Do you know anything about people just using a relay and not the module?

Cheers

I dont (cant get the correct belt) but it is designed so that the Aircon is still functional.
yup grn/blk with small round connector. It is the lower cabling you are looking for. The top wiring is mine.
no - it wasnt suitable for what I wanted.

Brilliant thank you, Il have a look when I get chance. Do ya know wot my wire will be doing now, will I be ok to pop the power probe into it to check its wired to the bulb or will that 'pop' something else?

Was relay method no use because if how you've wired it. Am I rite in thinking that people usually use the module because the sensor has high resistance or something like that

it shouldnt pop anything (no guarantees).
both.

Ok thanks, there's one way to find out :)

So have those sensors got too higher resistance to provide enough current to keep a relay open then, or is that the general thought?

Sorry for all the questions

Towsey

Yeah that one haha, thanks

Well I've had my probe out and had a rummage around and found the plug for the atf temp light, gave the live an earth and bingo, on cums the light so thanks for that

I also found wot looks like a h4 bulb plug on the same bit of wire but I can't find a live or earth on that...any ideas

Thanks
