What's it worth questions ....

For those who seem to just turn up with the question, "How much is my (insert LR model here) worth?", there's a quite useful website which I found attached to the Stratstone (Swansea) website which gives a range of values for the vehicle:-

Did mine but I was not happy!! Lol

I'm glad I have wrote off, financially that is, my disco ten or so years ago, so I'm keeping until it fails the MOT or I do write it off one day if I'm unlucky.

just done my freelander that i traded it in , average value is £140

that's shocking considering i got a £1.5k trade in against my D3

Yeah, I must admit that the estimate on mine came as a surprise too.

imagine urs is worth a lot more than that , considering the amount of work you've put in , would have thought urs would be a min of £5.5k

mine came up at 6.5 k , but have fitted a lot of extra mods, i.e. full electric seats , D4 wiper and indicator stalk , oem cruise control , complete 2007 software upgrade, etc , etc and abit more etc, lol

so don't think £7.5k is an unreasonable price for mine

I part exchanged my 2012 Maserati last year for a Jag and was bid £34 grand 'great' as the LR rep didn't want to know but "would need to try it out first sir", so went next door to Jaguar, it looks like If I'd waited till now it would be ten grand less
The Jag nineteen months old is only worth 30 grand which is lot less than used models as shown on the windscreen at the my Jag Dealer.

Wouldn't do mine... says it would need to be appraised at one of their locations...

Take registration from one of Stratstone cars and apply into the app. Bet they wouldn't sell you it for that! Lol

Is the app related to 'We'll buy any car dot com'. I think many owners who have invested heaps of time and money on their vehicles have an inflated value of their worth. I think this app uses car auction estimates.
