P38A What would you change on re commission?

Radius arm bushes.
Propshafts (check and grease).
FIP may be tired. Same with timing chain and sprockets.
Transfer box: viscous coupling may be getting stiff (scrubbing on outside edges of tyres?). Morse chain might be tired but will probably be OK for another 40k.
May need new radiator and possibly condenser for air-con.
Airspings plus dampers.
Talk to Kurt for spare compessor and put it under passenger seat for emergencies.
Would a stiff VC cause scrubbing on all 4 tyres? I ask because when I got her home(on a trailer) and had a better look at stuff, the two rear tyres were worn on the inside edge, quite badly. I guessed the tracking was out at the time and the front tyres had been swopped with the rears ? So the front tyres looked good(easy to see them with lock on) and the worn fronts fitted with the baldy edge nearest the rear diff, not easy to see.

Usually the outside edge but I guess it might be possible. I am not sure about the auto box but on the manual box if you lift a front wheel off the ground with gearbox in neutral you can very slowly tease the front wheel around using a torque wrench set to 70nm on the hub-nut (32mm). More than 135nm and it is definitely toast.
