there once was a piece about a Landrover meeting and the check in was across this muddy field every LR failed except a td4 with a auto box, the disco got half way, and so did the defender, the series made it a quarter of the way the td4 all the way .But I do not put any LR down because they are at least a LR and not a f---ing Jeep need I go on.

Sounds far fetched but true! I couldn't believe how a TD 5 would get stuck in mud but it did, it just sat there spinning it's wheels. The damb thing doesn't even have diff lock! As for on road handling and performance? A V6 Freelander wipes th the floor with a TD5 fact.

**** driver then! And doozel vs petrol? Even it out v vs v. Doubt its much quicker than a v8 Disco! As for offroad I happen to know a lane the freelander without lowrange wouldn't get up there :p

With the V6 and auto box combination you don't really need low range, you just push the throttle and it and it goes. :)

See above :D

so thats why hair dressers dont like them then :D:p

whats to like about this

I've seen a tank stuck in mud so I towed it out with my disco in neutral then I was bored following a veyron so I switch to chitty chitty mode and flew over it but I over shot my landing and ended up in the middle of the Monaco f1 grand prix so I won that sorry to lewis Hamilton for taking his podium off him. But I couldn't stay to celebrate because I own the only make of vehicle capable of delivering milk to starving babys in africa so I had to go off and do that. 400,000 custom built vehicles got stuck but I managed to drive all the via the North pole as I had to drop off some explorer or another.
:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

No wonder it broke down that was a busy sunday.
