What power steering fluid/gearbox oil for freelander?

Hi everyone
Does anyone know what power steering fluid and gearbox oil for freelander 2001 td4 is being used by LR? Manual one I mean.
If anyone could help I'd appreciate that

Try a search as there have been many discussions on here re oil. Mines an auto so I'm not too sure re manual box.
 
Gearbox oil is Texaco MTF 94 or Burmah oil MTF 1067 if you can find them. Any decent MTF will do, I used Castrol MTF.

The power steering fluid is ATF Dexron IID or III spec.
