What pets do you have?

Got me thinking about this last nite.............After I was offered another cat!!! But I said "No thanks" 8 cats is enough for anyone to cope with!

Well I have, as a lot of you know:
2 Horses
2 Dogs
8 Cats
4 Orandas (cold water goldfish)
2 Pleco's (tropical ugly catfish type monsters!)
50ish Mollies (tropical fish)

Hopefully there are some of you on here that have more pets than me!!

I aint mentioned the goats and chickens either (well they belong to me Dad, but I still have to help look after em!!)

So what pets have you guys got............and I don't mean your wives/husbands or kids

who else could come up with a thread like this?

nice to see you have some catfish and breeding mollies.

I have 32 pseudotropheous (malawi cichlids) in my 5x2x2ft tank i did have a 12" nile pufferfish too, which are some of the most aggresive tropical fish you can get. he was awesome.

bout it for pets, im allergic to anything furry

One of my Plecos "Ugly" is now nearly 16" long!! He is amazing to look at.........he's an armoured Pleco........he has 4 rows of spins along his sides and spikes on the end of each of his fins..........no way I'm ever touching him!!

This is what "Ugly" looks like, Minger the smaller one is brown and cream and doesn't have spikes.

yer common plec's can reach neary 2ft. what size tank do you have him in? is it in with the mollies?

My tank is 3ft long by 2ft deep by 18" wide. He is in with the Mollies and Minger (he's only about 6" long).
I want to get rid of the Mollies, they keep breeding!!! As fast as I give them away they breed and I'm back where I started again!!
I may get an Oscar to eat em all

My brother in law has a massive tank, he has cichlids and plecos in it. He had it built especially to keep them in. It looks like it should be in a public aquarium not their living room..........just as well it's a big room!

2 Daft Jack Russells & a Chipmunk............Think i'll give the ugly aquatic thing a miss, can't really see the point in fish.

Me neither..........I brought Ugly years ago to go in my Mum's fish tank, he got too big and she told me to get rid of him..........I got a tank instead!!.......Now I have too many fish!

Ive got a Jack Russell called Scruff & a cat called Ebony ( or miss bitch as she is a total bitch !!!!!).

i got a cat called Tiggy. will post a pic when i can find wun.

Do ferets bite mondo? I heard they were vicious.

My Reiki tutor had 3 ferets............I didn't dare touch em coz they used to bite!

well they have teeth same as any other animal So yeh! some do

but this one never has...

the male that we used to have !!!! now that was savage! Me son still has two little marks on his nose where it had hold of him once

Mind you I guess all animals can bite if they feel like it.
I have a lovely scar on the top of my left arm from where a mates horse bit me!! Gods did that hurt!!

The wife has a 16.3 hand chestnut called Norman, daughter has a 16.2 hand skewball called Mojo. Both of which take part in Dressage, Cross Country and Jumping competitions, hence the need for so many Landies

Excellant another horse owner!!
I want to compete Titus at Dressage.........mind you that'll be ages yet as hes not 2 until 10th March!
I had a 16.3 Chestnut TB called Raffles he died 4 years ago next month
