What is this bit called??

hi all I am trying to find a replacement part like the one in the photo. The part being the metal strip just below the bottom door seal with the rust holes in it. Are they easyish to replace?? , Marto

Thanks guys. That's the bit I am looking for. It does not look like a straight forward unbolt and slide out as it has got angle bit on the end. I'll have a better look at the weekend with a torch. Marto

Replaced that bit when I refurbed my TUB with a floor kit from YRM its a bit of a pig, I'd actually got my tub off the chassis and upside down. Its spot weld to the floor and glued and theres an angled bracket glued and spot welded in each corner, and if I remember correct its riveted to two brackets one each side the door opening. Mine is a 110 csw but I would imagine they're fitted the same no matter what model.
