What is 'Superlock'

HI All,

My D2 doors are playing up, and i found a post from Sierraferry regarding actuator replacement.

The poster mentions swapping the 'Superlock' actuator for the normal one

Can someone please state the obvious and tell me what Superlock is?:scratching_chin:

when it's superlocked they can't be opened even from the inside, until you press the fob or turn the key in the lock.

As above, superlock is a mode of the alarm setting... about swapping something the only things u can swap are the motors inside the actuator(if you are able to open it)... cos they are the same and one motor is for lock/unlock function and the other is only for superlock... but i dont remember i've said something like that whatsoever.

Thanks Guys,

Its a function I havent bothered to use!!

I'll sort it in due course, The back door refuses to open from the outside from time to time, which is an MOT fail here in NI, so it will need to be done

remove the LR badge, give it some wd40 in there then open/close it a few times... this will sort it for a while

it'd be better with silicone spray
