fitted me new pig shed on the 110 just need to find time to trim 4.5 inches off the back

you could cut the front out of it to allow it to slide over the rear of the truck cab a bit.

Oh, and fitted me foglights tonight, all ok. Just right for dazzling the moaning vauxhall drivers on t'other forum

It gives you great visibility and less blind spot. Plus it looks nice (I think).

It does fold back if you need to get through a narrow space. Or if it gets clonked by a lorry

I've just fitted the Mud UK seat risers (a doddle to fit) and I'm VERY impressed with the difference it's made to my comfort! I still have ample headroom but now seem to have a lot more legroom. Highly recommended!

Just fixed my rear tailgate handle. Bit of a job but got the method off this forum. Excellent. A job that could hane costed a bundle ended up costing me £3 for a pack of coach bolts.

Had to drill a hole in my motor which was a first.....

Just stuck my SWR meter next to the CB using velcro. Hey, it's still a job aint it?

Fitted a pioneer stereo in my V8, and thanks to a post on here worked out how to get the rear door sub working with it (wish I hadn't, the rear door sub is pathetic haha).

Hi after picking up my first LR last night i decided to give it a proper look over today i decided to have all of the carpet out of the boot to inspect the floor and what do you know i need a new floor which i see can be easily replaced any ideas where i can get one please guys help out the newbie lol:doh:

About 50 quid for the whole thing, fairly easy if you can weld. Since it's a part that goes on pretty much every one it's readily available as a spare part.

had the ifor williams back off the 110 tonight and trimmed it down to the right size .
well chuffed have put the back door on so can now chuck some of the crap from work in the tub instead of getting the back seats all covered in shyte
too dark to take a picy so do it tomorrow

Replaced the side light bulb in the indicator

Took it to the carwash - and discovered I really need new door and window seals on the drivers side.

discovered the tarp has a hole in it already

got all bits for a service today...

changed oil, oil filter, fuel filter, air filter, flushed it out between....

1st time, took bout hour and quarter including runnin for 15 mins with flush in...

not impressed wiv mr haynes! " unscrew oil filter and move briskly to a receptical to catch any oil"..

no pit or ramp so had to do from top.. ya cant get the bloody oil filter out very easily from above or i aint got the knack yet... result was oil all over drive...

Apart from drive it, not a lot! But Ah did use it tae hold me bike frame up while ah primed it....

Drove her for the 1st time in over a week, bit sluggish to turn over (3 seconds) ... it's mad how once I was driving I had the biggest grin across me chops ... have got seriously tired of neglecting the Disco & doing repair's on my wife's Corsa these past few days, was great being out in a proper car

Well done if you managed to get it undone from the top. Mine was rusted solid and nearly impossible to get off even from underneath (on axle stands). I broke two oil filter wrenches on it, including a chain wrench. Tried the pump pliers but you can't get any room to turn them because the prop shaft is in the way. Considered taking the prop shaft off, but eventually resorted to hammering a screwdriver through the filter and levering it round bit by bit using a breaker bar. Took about 3 hours in the end, and needless to say, there was more oil on me than in the Landy afterwards.

I found out afterwards the filter had been on there for at least 6 years and several successive mechanics had quietly skipped that part of the service when it came to changing it. No wonder the oil was as black as Satan's armpit.

Removed the rotten battery tray and for the past few months my battery has been ratchet strapped to the chassis
