What have you done to your Landie today.

Rear wheel bearing finally built back up and sounding normal again.

Took dogs out in it. Took my wet muddy work boots out of it to dry out for monday and towed a stranded ford transit off some wet muddy grass.

took it to work as i was gonna wash it, but ended up doing a full valet on the wagon

Used it last night to brace a 2.5 meter bit of staging my college was on to operate a follow spot. Ratchet straps attached to the modular steel's holes




Bad pics I am sorry, it was getting late by the time we had finished rigging.

Collected a whole load of goodies from McDonald Land Rover. Let progress begin...............

What sort of event you rigging there? You lighting guys?

Ran out of weekend to reseal sunroof again so got busy with the Gaffer tape instead

I work for a sound, lighting, staging and power distribution company, so the full event basically. We now do projection I might add

But it was a fire works show and there was a large PA there as well as the follow spot to follow some guy with his olympic torch through the crowd.

Just used me landy to brace the platform instead of bringing a load of scaffolding

Ah good work. I'm involved with a small sound project, we design, build, use and hire our own gear. No way near your outfits scale, more hobby stuff really. We frequently end up using vehicles to anchor bits and pieces

Finished wiring in the 'in cab' winch controls and winch master switch for my WARN winch

ooo yea? Ide personally like to go into PA manufacturing, what sort of speakers do you produce?? Do you have a website with any examples on?

Nah no website, we've decided to keep it as hobby really. Mainly because we've all got pretty solid jobs and the PA market is sooo tough to crack in to. We didn't have the time or the space to take it much further and the risk to bin our jobs in was just too much. It's a shame because the lad out the three of us that is the designer is extremely talented.

Still, we've made ourselves a top quality soundsystem and get pretty good praise from all that hear it which is always nice.

Took the best part of two years to build, mainly because we had a converted bedroom for a workshop and built the fibreglass horns completely from scratch after making the moulds first. Sooo much work.

i try regulate fuel injector pump but is nothing change probmel is same max aceleration is 3000 is fell like fuel coming hadly to engine sometimes is go on 5000 when i push pedl but come back on to 2000 and again 3000. ****ing problem anyone knows what is wrong any ideas?

fitted me tank and seatbox, followed by making a start on the rear lights. whilst trying to sort my clutch and exhaust issues

Commenced part 2 of operation no drips.. and have covered the roof and ribs with 10mm foam. in an effort to stop condesation from dripping all over me & me sleeping bag, when I'm sleeping in the back of the 110. Also covered the front half of the sides with same stuff. Would have done all the side but some "Fat chippy eating fooker" has stolen me tuther sheet of foam..

watched Beasty plagarise me idea for a winch plate. Oh and watched him get thru half a doz cutting discs anorl.
