Tried to fix a leak in the manifold to down pipe connection. But some nice person had rounded to bolts and decided to weld the nuts. Now I have to extract and fit new studs.

Re hinged the driver door and adjusted it so it shuts and locks, moved seat box forward an inch, cut down transmission tunnel and floor panels to suit. Fitted battery tray out of old seat box into new one.

It should help though. Had looked at putting a td5 intercooler behind the radiator which am sure would give a little better performance, coupled with k and n filter and fuel pump adjustments.

Yes i'm sure it would but the intercooler i have fitted is of a poor design, inlet and outlet connections have no seperation.
so the air is spread across the intercooler by pressure, it does not show good flowing characteristics.
I may suffer with slight lag from the massive cooler, but its going to be worth it after i have fitted A relief valve on the turbo and set the boost pressure a couple of psi higher than OEM spec.

Have you done fuel pump upgrades?

I see on your intercooler both pipes side by side. The td5 is long and thin and pipes opposite sides so long pipes required but better flow I suspect.ImageUploadedByTapatalk1347316353.417532.jpg
