Well Nickey that is just your opinion, and opinion's are like body parts everyone has one. And you can kiss my:mooning::D. So have a nice day mate.

Hmm, likewise.. more petrol in the 2a, and seriously needing to a) stop that leak from the tank, b) fit the gas connection back on to the weber, so I can not pay such an extortionate amount to drive up the road.. and c) fit a new clutch, so she don't slip up hills!! gave her a bigger alternator tho, and the weber... running sweet at the mo, fingers crossed. got quite a distance to cover in the next few weeks, perhaps thinking 200tdi would be good idea, but time/money/effort/arsed/like petrol engine/really would like someone to help with water powered one! THEN all will be cool. :D

Fitted my bulkhead removal bar, I like the new driving position, bang my elbow a lot less now:

Then I stuck my wind deflectors on:

But didn't fancy leaving them with just double sided sticky tape so decided to pop rivet them and of course, the first rivet pin broke off in the middle:

Thank God for Dremmel and a steady hand.

Ha! Snap!

I found that with my new seat risers, I couldn't see to the right of the Landy because the newly fitted wind deflector was right in my eyeline .... so I've Dremmeled away most of the top part. It looks neat and is still better than no deflector at all.

It's a pain being a (very) lanky git sometimes.

;)

Fitted my battery tray and rigged up a home made split charge relay.

Cant upload any knutting photos:mad:

Got me battery tray from here:D 021 n s Defender battery box

Was ok to install, I managed to do it without taking the seat box out.
Only because I had previously removed the battery tray.
All riveted into place.
And made some supports to hold the two battery's in place.
Used an old ford heater plug relay unit to act as a split charge unit and it cost me fek all:D:D
I knew keeping this useful stuff was worth it;););)
