i cleaned out the old truck, fitted a metal boot card(doorcard) painted the box section rear body crossmember in black and removed my 6th and 7th seats out the boot, ready for the storage system

Any pics of the metal boot guard mate?

topped up all the levels, gear box, diffs etc, but baffled buy how to top up the steering relay? anyone know?

gotta be careful with camo as little old ladies in disco 2's dont see yers !

Gearbox oil change. Worst bit was getting the drain nut undone.

Anyway used one of these New SIPHON Water Oil Liquid Fuel HAND PUMP Air Inflator on eBay (end time 09-Mar-11 21:26:06 GMT)

I know difflock do a pump for £70 or whatever but this at £6.59 has done the job perfectly for transferbox & gearbox on mine.

Replaced my interior light. Fixed my fire extinguisher to the bulkhead. Bought another bonnet for the repainting project later in the year.

got some new tyres... gave up tryin to find 2 new bfg at's 225/75 16 for front for less than a million pounds and got some 245/70 16's all round...

shame though, the two rear bfg a/t's are mint.... put em in shed for justin(case).. and the front two... only one has worn on outside.. still legal but that one kept loosin traction off road...

will try em out at parkwood in the mornin...

Replaced the bushes on the Watts linkage, the Disco handles a lot better now.

Spent a number of hours removing both sunroofs, cleaned, sealed and refitted then sealed again, then sealed entire windscreen!!! plus a few odds and sods. hopefully I have FINALLY cured the free showers and wet boot!!!!!!

Fitted a new fuel filter and mixed a bottle of injector cleaner in with the petrol.

don`t fret, it comes from the factory like that... have you found horace the spider yet?

Replaced a bulb in my dashboard.......now my full dash lights up....so easy

Thought my front brakes where binding, jacked it up grabed hold of weel and found its got 1mm of rock in it.....looks like new bearings now... dam disco, now got to learn to put new bearings in

but hey i still love it.....

Fitted a K&N air filter and sealed airbox up properly. Next step - test the snorkel!

New pads and disks yesterday. Washed it today.

engine oil, & filter, fuel filter sound deadened the transmission tunnel What a difference! The 90 almost passes for being quiet!
