course adjusted my transfer lever yesterday to give me high range and think I may have managed to get it right to do hi and lo but yet to test.
I've fitted SMD led bulbs all round apart from the headlights and the indicators. has anyone used cree led's for their roof light bar as SMD's look nice but don't give the light output needed to be any use to drive with. Found this out when I went out with my mate to shoot some bottles :( was hoping my low power consumption light bar would be plenty but my reverse lights show them up and thats 2 bulbs to 6 on the roof. they are quite good with standard halogen H3 bulbs but the power drain is crazy so I'm looking to led them to reduce the power drain which it's done with the SMD bulbs but it's also dropped the light output:(

I stripped brake , clutch and accellerator pedals out and cut out my old rusty drivers side footwell out and threw it away:)

Bit of grinding to do and then I should be ready to weld new one in, got doctors tomorrow though and a Corsa driveshaft to fit and a Matiz exhaust to weld up before I get to mine
Could be Friday:(

Decided I would crack on with fitting my new battery box.
Removed the seat and inspection panel
Removed the battery
Looked and the mess of rusty jagged metal that was once my battery box.
Looked at the shiny new battery box
Decided I had no idea how I was going to even start riveting the new one out or how much of the old one I would need to remove.

Sat the new box in the old one
Replaced the battery
Refitted the covers
Refitted the seat.
Went and had a beer
Forgot all about the battery box until next time!!!!!!

I think I need some help

Stripped out the drivers window that miraculously broke itself while i was at work today, and my 90 was sitting in my drive...

Stripped out the dashboard to fit new wheel boxes. Found £2 when I cleaned out the the bits you can't normally get at. Even managed to put it back without any screws left over :high5:

Filled it up with diesel as I have another long run planned this weekend. I'm really enjoying the Tesco fuel save offer - 8p a litre off today, and that's just with one person's groceries

Checked the oils and water, topped up power steering fluid, re sealed airbox with silly c**** (silicone but i like to say the other word lol) did battle with my grease gun n greased my rear prop and extended rear axle breather! ! All in a days with :)

I did nothing to mine really today. I handed over the keys to mum so she could take it in for the MOT. It failed.

One leaking wheel cylinder
