fitted my new Osram Night Breaker bulbs.

Dragged all the tools and crap out the back and got a little more done to fitting out the back.. I'll be living it up in style at the LZ birthday bash

Fitted me new wheel spacers.

New brake pads all round, might be able to stop now.

Cold and wet day but set about the 300tdi auto;

Replaced the three the power steering hoses, for nice flexible non leaking ones
Advanced the timing 1mm (made a noticeable difference)
Changed the ac lower bearing for one which wasn't wrecked

But this horror was the best bit..........

Nice one Danny, don't get em dirty

Went and did a few lanes, make the most of the dry sunny weather, probably won't last.

Removed what was left of my rear bump stops, cleaned and repainted the area ready for new bumps stops.

refurbished front and rear prop today, new ujs and a bloody good grease up. should do until somat else drops off.

Used it to drop off the 350 and some axles, pick up the slam panel and the new 454

Trial fitted 5 of the 7 new gauges in the centre console.... just need to wire n sender em up......the fitted the bypass relay on the Appradio... just need ios7 cracked now so I can use all my apps incar not just pioneers few





then fitted new input n output seals on the 1.6 transfer box... easier whilst it was on the floor before bench pressing it into place.... 3 times arghhh.... arms n shoulders turned to jelly lol

finally plumbed in the new steel breathers n colour coded pvc tube...... should have been done a week ago but had to wait till the colour coded cable ties arrived lol.... sad I know



now having a beer n painkillers to take the edge of the two knuckles smashed whilst juggling the transfer box.... ouch

I like those, what have you got in the pod ?

current config from left to right is , EGT, fuel/air,oil pressure, oil temp and water temp, 2 additional charge gauges for the main dash to match and need to get matching fuel and boost gauges..... very good price off a seller called McGill motorsport on ebay, fully electronic so no capillary fun n games, came with all necessary adaptors, senders , probes etc

what they call sundim glass so almost black until ignition on, they also do a nice range of plasma gauges the same but I liked the 3/4 sweet needles

Fitted a new negative battery terminal clamp!

replaced gasket on turbo oil return pipe to block. Tried to dislocate my finger and wrist in the process!....and it still leaks!

Drive it to my unit with no clutch over the weekend. All good fun. Awaiting new parts then time to drop the gear box out and see the damage :/
