Apparently the ARB bush isn't correct for my 05, but those are cheap anyway

I've just measured the poly ARB bush in an old bush housing, to see why they say they don't fit.
As it turns out, I'm pretty confident that the poly ARB will fit. It measures 20mm when pinched by the bush housing.

And a nominal 21.5mm when not fitted into the housing.

I also noticed that the bush has a built-in O rings on each side, presumably to help retain the silicone grease for lower maintenance. It's difficult to see in this picture, but it's there, and a good idea too.

Fixed the approach lamps underneath the door mirrors which didn't work and I never even knew were fitted until last week. They come on for about 30 seconds after you press the unlock button on the keyfob. I can now find my FL2 in the dark, wooho!

Can they be changed without removing the undertray @Nodge68 ?

Today I did a bit of chassis rail cleaning and painting.

I replaced the worn rubber ARB bushes for Poly bushes which came in the kit that arrived yesterday.

And fitted a pair of replacement drop links because the ones on there had split boots, even though they were just 6 months old.

I also found out what the occasional knock at the front was, which was easy sorted with a worm clip on the ARB.

Annoyingly the creaking sound from the front, which I put down to being the ARB bushes is still there. So investigation into the cause of that will continue, although after the MOT preparations are done.

Failed mot on lower ball joints L&R can these be bought seperate from the wish bone or will I need the full arm
Yes the joint is available separately, but the old joint is riveted to the arm. The rivets need drilling out and the replacement joint is bolted into place. I just change the arm, as it cane save time . However the rear large bush can be seized solid to the arm, which makes removing the arm challenging.
