Drove up and down the woods behind my house filling the back with felled seasoned oak
aren't TDC and Hill decent are great!!

Got the stereo sorted after the right speaker wasnt working. ( I cheated and got someone to do it). I can now hear the music at motorway speeds a lot better!

Now have blue tooth, USB plug in and hands free phones :)

Washed it and baby oiled all the plastics

The bumper don't look the best so might try a heat gun on them next week

Emergency call-in to Kwak Fit on the way to work, due to sudden severe graunching noise from the near-side brakes.
Didn't want to risk the trip down the motorway so no choice really!

Turned out to be a bolt/slider from the caliper carrier to the caliper. It was heavily corroded and had been taped up at some time in the past (must have been before I had it). The tape was now bunching and stopping it from moving.

Got it sorted (plus new discs and shoes :( ) but I thought it was taking them a long time fiddling about with a fault reader.
It seems they couldn't figure out how to reset the ABS warning light
I didn't have the heart to tell them it doesn't go out until the car reaches 5mph.

found a new oil leak comming from my ird where the driveshaft goes in the drivers side.Luckily I just happen to have a new seal in my toolbox from when the numpty LR parts person gave me the wrong seal. I just hope there isnt play in the bearing and thats why the seal went. Im in 2 minds whether to put a new driveshaft in whilst i am there. The car has done nearly 160k miles thats alot of times the driveshaft has gone round but they are fooking expensive

If it ain't broke don't fix it is my rule usually unless you are gonna get a top notch quality driveshaft don't bother. Unless on inspection there is play.

Inboard tripod joints were shot on my V6 in under 35K miles. I put some cheap, £40 drive shafts from Ebay on it. Still leak and vibration free 10K miles later.
