Did you remember to clean the red plug and allow some time for the harness between the cylinder head and the ECU to drain out?
You will probably have to clean the red plug a few times yet before you can be sure that everything is OK.

The green bit with tree's.Well that's not very friendly
I took the ECU out and laid it on its side over night and let any oil out! lucky it was not to much also cleaned red plug. will check it again in a couple of days good point thank you didn't think of that. Just trying remove head lining now to repair sun roof leaks both front and rear.

Had mine washed but there was so much fine Welsh mud on it I had to pay double
