Then ran the cb aerial lead from the transmitter to the rear corner pillar , unclipped the B pillar ran cable behind, then unclipped rear LH window surround and fed it finally to back corner. Never done anything like this before and was very nervous! The next step was drilling two holes and fitting the aerial reciever then connecting all the cables! Seemed to go ok! All fitted now and all panels back in place without any breakages thankfully! Apparently before incan turn on i need to do something with an SWR meter??

Fitted a new MAF I now get a reading on my Foxwell. After plenty of elbow grease wire brushing etc I've put a coat of Hammerite Krusty stuff on (yesterday) then a coat of Omnicote today, I'll do another tomorrow whilst I wait for my wheel stud to turn up.
Also painted the fr. brake dust shield & a couple of brake pipe brackets.

Looking good!!!

Got the new wheel stud & fitted that just had to grind a slight flat on the head.
There's a slight difference between the old & new, see pics but it went in fine & I torqued it up to 104 lb ft ok.
Fitted dust shield ready for new disc & caliper tomorrow.:)

Took the sump off, and gave it a good clean. Removed the old spigot bearing and crank seal. Used a slide hammer with a hook adaptor on it, and it took 30 seconds to get out. Replaced both..

New sump gasket ordered... and will refit Thursday.
