Mates I just remembered this technique and thought I read that it happened in the US. I just googled it and saw that it's the Brits who came up with the idea.

Can't you guys rally up enough support to get the cops to do this for the Landy circle?

Getting the police to turn up after a theft even when it's on CCTV is hard enough. Getting em to turn up BEFORE summit happens is just pure wishful thinking.

Don't know how you guys live with that.

In Canada, the cops come over, take your report and if you have camera footage, they will take that, use their own expertise to analyze the video and use that in court against the **** bags.

Why invisible? Why not have a security system that paints the b*****ds pink, so we all know who they are? Preferably with a dye that never washes off!
