IIRC some sherpas were fitted with rover engine as it was known as Freight Rover before it became LDV

just a quick querry on this engine what model is it 10j 12j :confused::confused::confused::confused:

i dunno where this (j) thingy comes from or why or what it all means but im willing to learn :D:D:D:D

Tis a 10j.........12j is the 2.5 N/A and 19j's the 2.5 turbo (all doozols)

expansion bottles dont work on series ,bottle thingy is the servo reservoir which yours wont have

so if i was to fit a disco master cylinder with a servo i guess id need one of these cyctern float ball looking thingys or a cleffer made airtight alternative of the same capacity :confused::confused::confused:

or you could fit a vac pump ,they use res as vac is taken from inlet manifold

makes sense about the fanimold i cant wait to get mine home :D:D:D:D:D:D:D

itll be tinker time for sure i even got the old retired mechanic interested in this and offering to do the timing for me
( dunno why as he says he hates landys ):cool::cool:

i may have a few parts ,let us know when you get started if you need anything ,i cant promise but better made use of than lying about
