Changed left side light bulb on my 2007 Vogue, grill off, headlight out,all to,fit a €2.40 bulb!

Did 600 miles with her today. My dad drove her the 300 miles down to Pirbright to collect me (2 weeks leave, woohoo) and I drove her the return 300. Happy little beaver the whole way.

Put petrol in it, then it wouldn't start cos I'd left it in drive......slight panic at pumps.....

Today I changed the heater plugs and while I had the spanners out changed the leak off pipes as well but to be honest they looked in good nick with signs of weeping any wear,while I had the inlet manifold off I noticed a vacum pipe had perished and collapsed with the heat from the block so changed that as well,wether its makes any difference or not time will tell

Given her a good clean for christmas:clap2:

Oh, for got, bought it a nice number plate off our local DVLA auction site, plates will be here tomorrow, then re-register it at end of month when tax due.

Have been keeping my eye out for a set of original RR carpets, 3 mths later hadn't come across any til Weds night, bought them , almost as new, will get them after Xmas, happy days

Just finished re-building the air compressor. The piston seal was all but powder....hope this isn't going to give me further problems down the line.

Bloody diesels - nothing but trouble! (Barbed commend aimed at Datatek! )

Took a boot load to the skip and managed to sand my freshly painted mirror on the concrete wall whilst reading the signs lol

Changed the rear shock on RRC
= still standard just 22 years younger=
Front ones tomorrow if the weather ok.

Crap, Started mine this morning after standing for three weeks while I took some sun.Did have the maintainence charger connected while I was away

Fixed front fog lights and replaced clock for my parrot screen.

Good thinking with the parrot placement.

Is it a talking Parrot? Does it speak the time??
