Justice was indeed done and you did well to ignore the little s**t. We have loads of them around where i live too. Pass their tests and think they are bloody Lewis Hamilton they do. I personally think the age of driving should be raised to 21 and being able vote age also to 21 and only if you have been in full time employment for over 12 months paying full stamp. That would would get a lot of numpties off the roads and put all those Corbyn knobbers back in their prams. LOL
I'd agree if I was a year older lol ;)
In my book anyone who uses P plates is automatically a Richard with a D. You want a full licence, and think you're ready for it? Then you are not covered by any other allowances than I would give any other driver. Want a P plate to say you aren't sure of the rules of the road? Stay on your blood L plates!
Or on a nice day: want P plates to say you're a little unsure but not quite a learner? Then have restrictions on your licence. No driving your mates around, or your kids, only allowed to drive at certain times of day, stay off motorways at peak hours, lose your licence if convicted of a motoring charge ( including speeding) whilst on P plates.

Otherwise you're just another Dichard wanting special teatment.

I'm wary of everyone on the road, but P and L plate cars get most of my attention especially if i'm behind them!

He was a bit of an arse, he was in a grey/silver BMW which was quite new, so i'm assuming either he has a very good job or his parents were quite wealthy! certainly worth more than my old croc! ;)

I do wonder what the Policeman had to say!

You're getting old!

I stuck to the rules religiously after I passed my test. It was years before I went over 70. Passed the test first time a few weeks after my 17th birthday. Only 1 claim in over 30 years and that was because some scrote nicked my car and stripped it for parts.

Easy to get a new car on the never never when you're young and have free bed and board
