If you don’t have mil lamp flashing Just do the seals for now or your pump will die quick, they are cheap enough, no need to go full strip down yet.
Recon the injectors one at a time, you get one put it in then send the old one off for exchange like @Bagshot did - works out cheap enough and vehicle not layed up for weeks in the rain
If you go the whole hog now you will get carried away for sake of a seal

I have a spare head with injectors fitted so could send them of for refurb then just swap them out:D

Done a Road Test review on the p38a. Crappy audio quality though.... (I'm still learning ;) ). Audio is better on the off road review coming up soon.

What a successful day today! After having killed a tyre on my parents T5 California during vacation, along with one if the wardrobes, I managed to transform my RRC into a FWD vehicle. But only with the diff lock engaged. ****... Well I'll just remove the rear prop shaft to safe the gear box and drive with the diff lock engaged until I get home in two days...

Well dropped the gearbox pan and filter.

Looks like time to find somewhere to send it in for a box and t/c.

Although I drive the L322 SC and love every minute, it was my intention to get a 4.6 P38. Having watched your Road Test it was very interesting and certainly would influence future purchases should I decide to look again at one. Great stuff.
Tricky.

Well I got a judder once 500 mile from home. Kinda had too dosent look too bad I really cannot be bothered pulling box out and sending it away il just get somewhere to do it. At least it happend over 20k after buying the motor tbh.

Try fitting your old gubbins with the 13.8V setpoint to get you going. Still got mine if you haven't.
