Finally got my new tensioner arm. The old half of one has continued working as of yet Gonna have to wait til the new pulley gets here and i have time as is my daily runner.

Feels flimsy out of the box Careful, careful this time...

They come apart, but more gunky grease in it

Spent a large part of the day trying to remove the fecking T'box mounting bracket to get access to remove the front housing to replace the VCU.
Eventually butchered an old spanner by putting a 30 deg bend in it to access one of the nuts, that did the trick. VCU swapped and fitted, mounting bracket temp fitted so I can leave her for a while.
Knackered now, day off tomorrow recovering/shopping/making a door for an odd size kitchen unit. At least it was a nice day, calm and warm for the time of year.

Radiator tails spanner if anybody is looking for the same. And I payed a lot more than that when I bought mine years and years ago.

Yes it is a rad one as Grrr mentioned previously. Think one I got will probably melt in my hand but will try it

Aye it is a top notch job..

However, me foam is flat as a pancake!!

needs new foam and a recon, or new leather covers if i can course them!!

Thanks all. I used this, its not cheap @ £65 but there's enough to do all the seats. It's colour matched to the car.
