Service 'kit' arrived from island so I guess amongst the other crap I have to do I'll be changing all the filters and plugs!

Do people still check the gaps when they fit plugs or am I just remembering too much from ye olden days?

Also, seems they've sent Champion plugs and all the docs I can find are saying they should be NGK in the Thor/Bosch engine. Hmm.

About 40 miles north of aberdeen

Just changed Transmission / transfer, fluids, Filter, diff fluids. Could of picked a better day to be outside / under the rangie but at least all is ready for Portsmouth tomorrow.

Lots of puddles up there then.

Replaced rear washer pump. Got covered in the contents of the washer bottle in the process - much fun.

Replaced pollen filters and air filter too!

BeCm is in the same place on both petrol and tractors.. so they drown at the same depth

Wont a drizzle kill the dizzy and sparky plugs? Would have made sence for me to get a v8 got about 8 engines laying about all gems 3.5s and 4.0s got a shed full of sd1 vitesse efi engine parts haha plus 3k a month the tractor is more practical

i couldn't say.. i've never got far enough away from a petrol station to find out !
