What did you do with your Range Rover today

Well I fitted a full set of air bags to the old girl, as I'm sick and tired of the car dropping down. And boy were they shot most of the rubber was flaking off, you could rub it of with your thumb and then see the fibers. Not to bad did the fronts in about 40 min's the rest of the 3 hours was doing the back's. The car now seems OK until I measured the height's, found the back to be spot on at 470 mm but the front now at 500 mm so 30mm to height. Tried to do a reset on the front though the laptop, but every time I got it down to the right height it told me incorrect ride heights, so I've just left it alone for now.
I will let it settle then have another go a lowering the front, that will be tomorrow let's hope I can get this sorted.

Changing the airbags should not have affected the heights as that is controlled by the height sensors. I suppose you left the tailgate or a door open when jacking to freeze the suspension? Maybe the sensors have picked up some crap being extended past their normal range.
Only adjust in very small steps or, as you found, you will go out of range and the EAS will revert to default settings.
 
ordered a new key from the dealers, I've managed to get Kwik Fit to agree to cover the cost as they damaged the key!!
 
Tried to remix the drivers door card. Bought the car a week ago found someone had tried to fix card with Silicon sealant and a couple of holes drilled in foam under side pocket.
Can I get new card lugs for card? Bought the little black serrated slip on pins. But half the lugs are missing/snapped off.

Yes you can buy the card lugs if you mean the plastic pins. Try Ebay.
 
Replaced the Vinyl on the quarter panels on the classic

*Note to self: Dont pick nose with contact adhesive on fingers.
